Call Centers

Due to the excellent infrastructure in its commercial centres and its attractive location, South Africa is currently one of the main centres for the international BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. European companies in particular have established themselves in Cape Town, as being located in the same time zone as their customers offers a huge advantage.

Call centres offer internationally-oriented individuals a work atmosphere with global flair. Here people from diverse origins work together servicing customers located all over the world. Working at a call centre is an easy way for foreigners to enter the South African labour market, and is a great way to acquire valuable skills in customer care and time management.

As the BPO industry is in great need of employees who speak German and Spanish, IBN Recruitment specialises in supplying the industry with candidates with these language skills. Through connections to a number of BPO firms, we are in a good position to practically guarantee interns a placement within their field of study. We also offer interns assistance with various organisational and legal formalities, from the sourcing of accommodation and arranging visas to a personal introduction to the new employer.
