About us
Founded in 2009, IBN Recruitment is the latest addition to the IBN Group. Sister companies include IBN Consulting & Immigration as well as IBN Offshore Solutions.
IBN Consulting & Immigration (Pty) Ltd has been among one of the leading consultancies for corporate and private investments in South Africa over the past 12 years. During this time, IBN Consulting has established a comprehensive network of companies representing most business sectors as well as various non-profit organisations. IBN Recruitment will thus derive enormous benefit from its sister company’s network.
Our services:
IBN Recruitment offers placement services in four different categories. The main focus lies on the recruitment and selection of permanent staff, including call centre agents, as well as on executive search. In addition we offer the placement of interns and voluntary workers. Additional services include the preparation, submission and collection of various types of residence and work permits.
Our expertise:
Through extensive experience in immigration consulting and longstanding contacts to immigration authorities, IBN is in a position to obtain work permits for all categories of employment in a short space of time. Unlike other recruitment agencies which only place candidates who are already in possession of work permits, IBN obtains work permits on behalf of its candidates, and therefore has access to a wider pool of potential employees. This makes IBN Recruitment a unique recruitment service in South Africa.
Our procedure:
At IBN Recruitment we pride ourselves on conducting a comprehensive client interview in order to determine the company’s exact needs and requirements of the successful candidate, as well as gaining insight into the company’s organisational culture. Short-listed candidates are put through a rigorous screening process to determine their suitability for the position and the company’s requirements.
This approach ensures that IBN Recruitment is able to provide effective and efficient services to meet their individual clients’ needs and expectations, as well of those of their candidates. Only in the way can successful, longer-term placements, be guaranteed.
